Drains removed today ????
Today is the 6th day since explant surgery and my drains are finally out! I now have a smaller binding wrap and can take a shower in 48 hours. Woot! I feel so much better and Dr seems very pleased with progress. Also, big sigh of relief that pathology came back with no neoplasia. On the road to recovery!

Discovered both implants ruptured. I had deep concerns about silicone leakage into my lymph nodes. My doctor was very respectful and supported my desire to have no replacements. I am relieved to have them out and now just have to see what I'm left with - if there is too much sagging, my doctor will do a lift in a few months.
