Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

6 weeks! A turning point.,,

Update to follow if and when I can get pics to post

Three week check in.........

Saw my PS again today and YIPPEE she said my left areola which I have been worried about is going to be just fine! She said the small hard lump under the areola (where blood pooled) will eventually go away but usually takes months and it is nothing for me to worry about. The area on my left areola which looked like necrosis is looking better every day. That top skin is flaking off and all seems to be healing well. My Doc has been super attentive to my care. She will see me again in one week and at that time will remove the stitch from each breast where the vertical and horizontal incisions meet. I think this is what is referred to on this site as the T. Seems to be a common area for incisions to open. I continue to pray to the Gods of boobs I have no problems!!!!!! Will post new pics next week as this week doesn't look much different from my last photos. Happy healing ladies!
