Dr. Keller's bedside manner is patient, soothing and willing to explain his techniques. He takes the time to answer all of my many questions and continues to do so.. The After Care from Dorothy is over-the-top and the best I have ever had for any kind of surgery. I didn't have to call after my surgery. She always checked in with me daily for the first several weeks. I never felt rushed when asking questions like I do with most doctors. Staff is always friendly, courteous and caring. They work with you regarding the payments. Usual wait time is 5 to 10 minutes about the same as most offices.
