Couldn't Have Hoped for Anything Better! - Santa Barbara, CA

I had 36" A (really small A) and disliked that I couldn't certain shirts because my padded bra wouldn't work with it. I looked completely flat in gym attire and had no cleavage even in low cut shirts. My biggest problem was just that I felt disproportionate; I have an athletic build and I felt I looked like a football player with how broad my shoulders are. I had always been a little hesitant toward plastic surgery but for me to feel better and actually feel like a woman it was totally worth it!

Process: My husband and I did a lot of research and decided on our top three and set appointments with three doctors but after going to Lowenstien we cancelled because we knew we couldn't get any better. He completely understood I wanted natural, subtle, non -[RS bleep] star boobs (which he doesn't even do). The staff was so helpful in helping me decide the right size (we had a special bra and put in different implants) and when I had decided on the size and told Lowenstien he said he know and had already filled that size in and just needed me to sign. They really know what they are dong there!!

Surgery: On surgery day they were very comforting, the surgery was fine - I was out for it - but my back had seized up during surgery and was the most painful thing when I came to. The nurse immediately started massaging my back to release it (something not in her job description)! There was pain afterward for a little less than a week, but the Dr. and nurse never tried to sugar coat the process.

The Result: They look fantastic!! Lowenstien does the incision under the breast, not along the nipple, so there is no impact on breast feeding and since the breasts now have a fold (woo hoo!) the incision (all 4cm) is in the fold, invisible unless I'm naked and have my hands up (as to strech the breast) . My breast are actually more sensitive now, which is great. But the best part is how they look - completely natural! They are a full B, small C and are so proportionate to by body/shoulders. I look how I've always wanted to look and it was so worth going through that week on pain/discomfort. They don't look fake at all - I've actually had girlfriends comment on them and are blown away when I tell them. There is no line of deviation on top, that round look that some fake boobs have and no weird wide space with the skin stretched between them that I see with some fake boobs. I look great in a bathing suit, in a sports bra and finally have cleavage! All in all I am so in love with them, sometimes I forget I wasn't born this way but thank goodness for Dr. Lowenstien - don't go anywhere else!
