I didn't have any awful side effects like nodules, and I hardly bruised at all from the 3 times I had the procedure. I visited the top facial plastic surgeon in a major city. While I will say I noticed an extremely mild fill in my cheeks, I still looked exactly the same. I looked gorgeous for three days after the treatment, and then three weeks later almost exactly the same.
I echo what others have said - this does not work for some people. Or, if it works, the results are so minor that they cannot justify the exorbitant price that is charged. I will never recommend this procedure to anyone.

This is a good surgeon, however he is sadly mistaken to recommend sculptra over other fillers.
