I had laser under my eyes and my skin is very thin, Consequently the doctor did only two passes. The result is a slight indentation that is identical to the scarred area. Already thin, my skin looks fragile and even thinner. If anything the wrinkles are more pronounced by the skin damage. I was told the procedure would lift the skin.

Cons: the recovery was long, uncomfortable and resulted in visible scarring around eyes, Based on my results I would not recommend doing laser in isolated area. In my case I saw no positive effects. This procedure may be better for people with thicker skin than mine.

Would any kind of filler offset these effects? What type of skin treatment might be beneficial?

Great review?

My Doctor: name not provided

He did not evaluate whether I was a good candidate for the procedure. He did not mention that he could not give enough passes to improve the texture until the middle of the procedure.
