Just started and it will take getting use to - though I think they are still better than braces (especially since I'm in my 30's and the idea of braces is not appealing). Have to change my eating habits although my oral hygiene has improved.
I just started Invisalign. Currently on day 10 of my first tray. Well, I just found my lower tray on the floor because my dog dug it out of my purse and chewed it up. Top ones are fine ... bottom ones appear to be warped (if I lay them on the table, no longer flat). I can't move backwards (since this was tray set #1) ... can I start tray 2? And if so, should I just use tray 2 bottom or should I use tray 2 TOP and bottom? This review is the subjective opinion of a RealSelf member and not of RealSelf, Inc.
