Just started and it will take getting use to - though I think they are still better than braces (especially since I'm in my 30's and the idea of braces is not appealing). Have to change my eating habits although my oral hygiene has improved.

I just started Invisalign. Currently on day 10 of my first tray. Well, I just found my lower tray on the floor because my dog dug it out of my purse and chewed it up. Top ones are fine ... bottom ones appear to be warped (if I lay them on the table, no longer flat). I can't move backwards (since this was tray set #1) ... can I start tray 2? And if so, should I just use tray 2 bottom or should I use tray 2 TOP and bottom?

I'd recommend switching to second set immediately - the longer you wait the more your teeth will move in their original position. I also think you should just switch both upper and lower teeth to the second set. 10 days is not the preferable 14 days per set but given your case its totally fine - my orthodontist told me in some cases people that get express invisaligns where you change the sets every week instead of every 2 weeks. So it is nothing impossible its just better to do it every 2 weeks. In your case change to second tray right away and make sure your dog stays away from them!!!
