Just had consult 2 and scheduled for Feb 14th. Doc is a well known facial plastic surgeon and has done over 2,500 noses so I am confident in his results. Saw him 7 years ago for a consult and chickened out so excited to go through with it this time. I'm going for a very natural look and certainly don't want a cute tiny, sloped nose. I want it a bit thinner from bridge to tip and have it smoothed out so my profile and 3/4 view is nice and straight, not sloped.

Good luck! I'm also in the bay area, but going to a different guy. I'm scheduled for 2/13, a week away! Yikes!

Thanks for starting your story on RealSelf! I'm glad you're not going with a tiny nose as you have a strong chin (jealous, by the way!) and you want to stay in proportion.
