After thorough research in revision specialists I decided Dr. Chasan was quite obviously the best, based on what I wanted in results, responsiveness, and his ability to work with his patients to achieve their aesthetic goals. I am from out of town and thought this might prove to be a problem, however Rachael (patient coordinator) was on top of each question, big or small, scheduling, and even set me up with a facetime consultation with the Dr. so we could get a feel for each other. She is quite honestly one of the warmest most comforting human beings I've ever come across! When I had my ft 'consultation' I felt like Dr. Chasan really heard my concerns and he was honest and straightforward about a plan of action on the spot. Never once did he make me feel badly about the work I had already had (which he easily could have done) he reassured me that I still looked good despite how I felt. They scheduled me for a preop the day before surgery since I am from out of town just to be sure I got a better feel for the office, staff, and procedure about to take place. When I met with the Dr. in person things went even smoother, if possible. In the entire office each person is as kind and informative as the last. They sent me home with my meds, instructions, and genuine warm and reassuring hugs... Mary, Amber THANK YOU (I'm telling you I felt more than comfortable with each member of the staff). Day of surgery- I went in thinking one thing and came out many, many hours later. Turns out my original PS did NOT place the implant under the muscle but above. In my post op, Dr. Chasan explained this to me, to my complete surprise, and followed up with pictures of the procedure ('m not squeamish at all- he asked!). Herein lies my favorite part and what I think describes him and his practice best... based on what we had talked about he did exactly what he had promised in surgery, sat me up, had a look , and decided it wasn't EXACTLY PERFECT. So, he reopened, and did the work under the muscle to make it look EXACTLY PERFECT. How many surgeons would do that? I mean, he added an extra three hours of work for himself (into later evening hours). If you are looking for someone who won't stop until you are getting EXACTLY what you want, Chasan is your man! He also made the areola much smaller, and symmetrical, and the incisions are barely even noticeable ONE WEEK POSTOP! I was in tears of joy when they revealed my new boobies! Obviously, I cannot praise the office enough. If I could plead with all of you to make the right choice the first time, don't put yourself through the pain and emotional torment I had to go through. USE DR. CHASAN- fly, boat, train there if you have to. I am headed to Vegas with my adoring husband this weekend to show off my new favorite body parts- thank you thank you thank you for giving me my confidence back...and then some Dr. Chasan!
