The reason why it's so cheap at Pacific Lipo San Diego is because this person, Rod Davis conducting the smart lipo is not certified. Just look at his resume on his website. I got smart lipo on my upper and lower stomach. He injects anesthesia on your stomach but that does not at all prevent any pain. It was severely painful having to literally watch him inject this large needle in me and suck fat out. I knew what i was getting into because of the price of the procedure and i've learned my lesson again to never settle for anything cheap. You literally get what you pay for with Pacific Lipo and Rod Davis. I met Rod Davis on the day of the procedure and his vibe and energy was weird. He was distant and sarcastic in a way that wasn't charming but arrogant. I decided to go through it because i had my mind set on removing the excess fat that i couldn't get rid of from exercising. Don't rush, do research, and ask plenty of questions.
