My motivation was simple. I had lost a lot of weight & was left a lot of saggy skin that no amount of exercise would fix. I also had a breast reduction done at the same time. This was a lot of shock & trauma to my body but it was all worth it. I wish I had done it sooner & I'm glad I had it all done at the same time! I still need to lose 10 lbs.
