I had this done in combination with a q switched laser to remove brown spots on face, chest, and hands. I also had a pulse dye laser for veins on the face. The veins disappeared miraculously! I have lots of dark brown spots on my hands and chest. I have to say that out of the three lasers, the IPL was the most painful! I would not schedule another IPL due to the pain. And I have a high tolerance for pain. Still too early to tell, but a couple of the spots have come off my face already. Think this is from the q switch. Will update in a week or so.

Ease of appointment dates/times was good. They respected my time, and they actually treated me a bit ahead of my appointment time. Did not feel rushed. Was listened to and would definitely go back! Research, research, research. I always look at reviews and other sites first.
