Had the procedures about 4 months ago and it seems to get better! Agonized about doing this for years but am so glad that I did.

It has been almost 3 months since the facelift and I am still most pleased! A good amount of swelling is gone, a little bruising remains but can be covered with make up. Just hoping that the fat transfer remains to firm my skin.

This is about 6 weeks post-op.

The bruises continue to diminish and I believe that Dr. Karam was able to achieve a natural look.

As I indicated, Dr. Amir Karam is a warm individual who listens without appearing in a hurry and gave his undivided attention to me during the consultation. During the recovery period, I had access to him through his office and easily made a couple of appointments to see him because of concerns that turned out to be part of the healing process. In fact, one appointment revealed that what I thought was a problem that had suddenly appeared, turned out to be a bug bite! When I texted Dr. Karam on a weekend that I had to leave town unexpectedly to be with a friend, and wanted to know if I could fly so soon after surgery, within minutes I received his reply. Accessibility is extremely important to me and I want to feel, as a patient, that it is simply not lip service. Based on my experience, Dr. Karam is genuinely available and wants to allay any concerns that a patient might have.
