I wanted to refresh the area around my eyes. Over time they had started to look tired, especially in the morning and I wanted a look that reflected how I really felt. I had been to Dr. Karam previously and really liked the fact that I could have this procedure done without being put under. I also like his personality and expertise. He is good at what he does, but is down to earth and matter of fact about it.
He is a little pricey, but now days this is not unusual and the fact that no one notices that you've done anything, just that you look better, makes it worth it. I'm not sure if the results last as long as if you had a noticeable procedure as he is very subtle, but for those of us who don't want a lot of attention after plastic surgery, this is just the ticket
