I did a lot of research and chose Dr. Edelson for my upper and lower blepharoplasty and could not be happier.

I was starting to get bags under my eyes and my upper lids gave me a sleepy, tired appearance.

I consulted with dermatologists about procedures like Ultherapy and Thermage but decided these types of procedures wouldn't get me the results I was looking for. Procedures like these can make fat pads under the eyes look even more prominent.

I also consulted with other plastic surgeons but decided on Dr. Edelson. I liked what he had to say and was impressed by the before and after pictures in his books. From having both shoulders fixed I know I hate general anesthesia and was thrilled to find out the eyelids could be done under local anesthesia. We chatted during the whole procedure and no coming out from under general. Awesome!

Kristina, Dr. Edelson's office manager, was wonderful and did indeed tell me Dr. Edelson performed her facelift and she looked beautiful. She let me take a closeup gander at her eyes and the deal was cinched.

There was very little pain and the aftercare was easy to follow. I had a few concerns as time progressed and was seen quickly and my concerns were laid to rest. Everything Dr. Edelson told me about the healing process came to pass pretty much on schedule.

It has now been seven months and I gotta say, my eyes look terrific. As one other poster said, if you are doing research, Dr. Edelson should definitely be on your list. You need someone with experience who can tailor your surgery to your particular case. He and his whole staff are truly personable and caring and made the whole experience fantastic.

I would choose Dr. Edelson again in a heartbeat. Thanks very much!
