Well it has been four weeks and my boobs are finally starting to loosen up somewhat, they are getting softer with the massaging. I still have to wear the bolster dressing for two more weeks ???? because of the internal bra procedure and the XL implants. I am doing very well except for still not being able to comfortably sleep on my side! Here are some current pictures, can hardly wait to get rid of the bolster dressing and the sexy surgical bra LOL!

Internal bra
Hi, back to Dr Pousti because I did not have the cleavage and fullness on top that I was hoping for. We deced on internal bra with overfill on saline implants , I definitely got the look that I was going for! I can't wait for the swelling to go down because I feel like they are huge! I've been doing the massaging hoping that that will help them to drop into place. We went from a 1020 cc to a 1670 to achieve the look that I want. Dr Pousti was as wonderful as the first time I seen him. What an amazing and talented, caring, genius!! I adore him and his staff. I have always been completely at ease knowing that he has my best interest at heart. Because of the bolster that I have to wear due to the internal bra, I have not been able to shower or wash my hair by myself, very thankful for such a wonderful husband! Apparently the bolster should be worn for 4 to 6 weeks for best results,I really haven't had a whole lot of pain I'm down to a pain pill at night just so I can sleep comfortably sleep because I have to sleep on my back still at an incline, I don't want to have to go through this again so I want to follow the rules 100%, I hate it that I can't go to The gym! But, I have been doing my squats every day LOL that doesn't require anything with my arms hee hee! I am two weeks post op right now, and will post more pictures in A couple of weeks, hopefully the swelling will be down some by then! Not complaining, just not a patient person, so this is been tough! Not pain wise, just being limited on what I can do! Driving me crazy!
