I am a returning patient. A little over a year ago, I had liposuction done on my outer thighs and the whole experience was great, although painful. I work out a lot and my breasts were a small A cup and I felt that they were disproportionate to the rest of my body. Once I decided on breast augmentation, there was no question that it would be Dr. Pousti that I would go to. He definitely knows what he is doing. I am 2.5 months post-op (with 465 cc silicone implants) and I absolutely love my new body and the proportions. The incisions are very small and are getting less noticeable by the week. I have been back to the gym for 3 weeks now doing cardio and some light resistance training. The only drawback for me is that I can't do pushups or bench press when doing my upper body resistance training because it might shift the position of the implants, but this is really not a big issue at all.

Dr. Pousti is a body miracle worker. When you come to him for a consult, he gives you a realistic picture of what your body will look like. He will not make you grossly disproportional or freaky-looking (unless it's what you are going for). He will also recommend the best size for you. His office staff are very friendly and have great follow-up procedures. I felt taken care of. I felt that I was a person and not just a case file. If you are considering any plastic surgery, don't waste your time looking for another doctor, Dr. Pousti is by far the best.
