Yesterday I have my consultation/Pre op with Dr. Pousti! First off let me say it was awesome I got to meet with numerous girls that have had a BA with him. They all were pleased with there surgery. I was able to feel some and ask as many questions as I could think of. I have been thinking about this for years and next week my dream will be reality!

Few more days till the big day!!! I'm getting so excited and nervous!
Doc said he will be doing unders and going through the aerola. I hope I don't get bad scars. I need to figure out if I should buy a bra before I go or what?! I have no idea what I need to have in advance or what I should bring. I already have all my meds :)
Any advice is well appreciated!

Today I'm going to go out and buy things I may...

Today I'm going to go out and buy things I may need for Friday. For instance:
A new bra (still not sure what size to get)
Bendy straws
Food I would be able to tolerate (most of meds say take with food)
Water (really want to hydrate before surgery)
Sea bands (lots of ladies said these help with nausea)
Anything else I think of while I'm out..recommendations are welcome.
I'm super excited yet nervous. I want to do everything today so I can relax tomorrow with the fiancé before I can't cuddle for a while ;).
Again doctor didn't go over CCs because he said it not about that CCs it's about the look I am going for so he doesn't want me worked up over numbers. I'm letting him do his job because he's the PRO! Anyways enough for today...whew I'm so excited!!!!

Also I will post before pics when if I remember when I get on my computer. I can't do it from my phone but I know it'll be helpful to other ladies.

Alright ladies here's my day before update. PS and Surgery place called and confirmed surgery for tomorrow and gave me a few instructions. Such as no eating after midnight (I'm going to starve since my surgery isn't till around 130pm tomorrow), hydrate until cut off time, no blood thinning meds, keep valuables at home and nomakeup, I can brush my teeth tomorrow but not even one sip of water and no gum! And I have to bring something that either buttons or zips in the front. I'm more excited then nervous! I went food shopping yesterday and stocked up on a bunch of easy to eat things and bendy straws. My fiancé got me everything I listed :).

When I get off work I will go on my computer to finally post these before pics. I really want to get that done because all the info and everyone's else's stories have helped me and I would love to help someone else! Have a good day everyone!

Today is post op day 1. Surgery went well...

Today is post op day 1. Surgery went well yesterday but I threw up twice after taking meds idk if its because I didn't eat much or what. My fiancé has been nothing but helpful. I'm not in much pain but there is a lot of soreness. I have to walk slow to the bathroom and take it easy. I'm not allowed to ice my boobs. My fiancé helps me eat use the bathroom everything. I can't wait till I feel better :( just tightness and pressure. Also doc went with 480cc. Idk if that's big or not because I didn't go over any numbers we didn't even talk about that just a lot about the look I was going for. I told him I'd rather be too big then too small. I haven't seen them yet but from the bra they look good. When I'm able to remove the bra and feel up to it I will take pics. So long for now :)

I'm feeling a hell of a lot better then the past...

I'm feeling a hell of a lot better then the past few days. I was able to get up and get a yogurt out the fridge alone and walk around some. Honestly I think I need to ween myself off the perocet because it makes me feel dizzy and sick, so I asked my fiancé to pick up Tylenol extra strength. I sneaked a peek at my boobs and they look good to me. Hopefully I can get an appointment with the doc today so he can take off this surgical bra/strap. Once that happens ill post pics :) later ladies

Heres an update with new pics. Im finally feeling better (especially since i stopped taking percocet! So if you guys have any questions let me know. Here are my stats---so far from what I know. I was a b cup before. Now I have Natrelle Saline-Fiilled Breast Implants. They were 450cc but my PS filled them both to 480CC. I don't now what bra size I am right now because they are still high and tight. But as they drop i will post more pics. :)

Just wanted to thank everyone for all their advice and help through this process. And I am extremely happy with my outcome...I know they will only look better. I recommend Dr. Pousti to anyone looking to get implants!!!

So I think today is post op day 4 and I went and...

So I think today is post op day 4 and I went and got my nails done and I am at a dentist appointment. Mind you I drove myself meaning I'm off the meds :) yay! They made me feel like crap. There was never any pain just felt like crap from the drugs. The only pain I have is under my right boob on the side. It looks like there were needle marks there and now it a scab and that hurts lol. Funny how the boobs or nipples don't hurt but the tiniest marks hurt lol. Anyways I'm feeling much better.
Oh yea I get out of breath easier. I went up some stairs and was winded. I can't wait to start going back to the gym :)

All is well over here I am about a week and a half post opt. Breast are still high and tight I had my appointment yesterday and doctor Pousti said I can start my massages! I'm excited about that because it'll help them settle and get soft! Which is what I can't wait for! Besides that I am back at work. It's been pain free for the most part. Sometimes when I do certain things that require me to lean forward I get a pain in my left breast on the inside. (If you notice I accidentally put my update as a comment-silly me)

I forgot to add I just found out I'm pregnant...

I forgot to add I just found out I'm pregnant yesterday blood test confirmed I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant. Meaning I was prego while in surgery BUT yes I did have a test taken the day of and it was negative and a week prior. So I'm hoping nothing bad happens and it was to early to share blood with baby I would love to have a healthy baby...has this happened to anyone?! I'm kinda nervous about it but also trying to be positive. I won't say waste of money -a child is a blessing so I'm excited!

Hey ladies so I'm little over a month out and my boobies have dropped and fluffed so much! They look so natural and I love them. They are full on top and have roundness on the sides. Just great! They look huge to me but I love them. I went to my follow up last week and finally got rid of my surgical bra. I also got to speak to some ladies that were interested in a ba. They were amazed at how natural my boobs look (I wasn't even concerned about the looking natural-I told doc I didn't care if people noticed I had a ba) but no one notices they just think I have big amazing boobs lol. I will post some pictures. Funny thing is I was thinking about this site last night and then I get the one month reminder email this morning :). Awesome timing! And yes I am still prego :) my OB said everything is fine and it was to early to cause damage so I'm excited!
San Diego Plastic Surgeon

I did alot of research but I have several co-workers that have gotten there BA at Pousti University ;). They all gave him 5 stars and nothing but good feedback about him. I looked at a lot of his before and after pictures and they are superb. After meeting with him and his staff I knew I was making the right decision!
