2 weeks post op pic
So now at 2 weeks I can:
-shower (I've been bathing from the bottom down, sponge bathing my arms, washing my hair separately). I use Tegaderm with bandage to cover the steristrips/incision. It's waterproof and works great.
-begin downward massaging. It's been 5 days since I began the massages and I'm beginning to see and feel them settle into place.
-I can use sports bra and also moved the strap of the surgical bra from the bottom of my breasts to the top.
Initially, I had a skin reaction to the surgical bra, so the nurse told me to try wearing a tank top under the bra and use benedryl. It worked but I still have some marks where I scratched like crazy, they'll fade.
I love that I can wear sports bras now.
So far extremely happy with the results and experience!!

Provider Review
All of my star ratings are true, this team is top notch. All questions answered, never rushed. Dr. Pousti takes extreme care with his patients, end results, health throughout the process. Daisy calls me everyday to make sure things are going well with recovery. Dr. Pousti and his staff are amazing. Special shout out to Vanessa, Daisy, Bri and Estefania the girls that I've met and have been taking care of me at the office. Heather that took care of me right before surgery, answered any last questions. Dr. Hinkleman, the anesthesiologist, she was amazing as well, explained what would happened, put me at ease. The staff Dr. Pousti works with at the surgery center are amazing. (from the front desk, Susan the nurse during pre-op and Michael the nurse during post-op). And those were only the people that I've met, I know there are more people that have played a huge role in making my surgery a success.
