Very disappointed BA patient - San Diego, CA

Hello, I am a healthy 31 year old that had my BA surgery 4 years ago- in 2015. I am incredibly unhappy with my experience. I have had chronic pain since my surgery. I have recently had an MRI just to be sure there is nothing majorly wrong. The MRI was negative, but I still have reoccurring pain/ discomfort in both breasts, more so in the left. I am deeply disappointed that I did everything properly on my end, but I have still had issues. I am someone who eats healthy, organic, exercises 5-7 times a week and I take very good care of myself overall. Another issue was recently, I went to Vail, CO. for a ski trip and had severe air pockets, sloshing sounds and chest pressure. After paying for a trip to do something I love, I ended up at the hotel resting most of the time. I will be having my implants removed. I am very scared about a revision surgery, more risk and end result. I am also very upset that only 4 years after taking time off of work, a high expense and most of all- risk. Here I am having to go through it all over again.

Hi there! It is 9 months post surgery and I am so extremely happy with my results!! I am still trying to do my massage as often as possible. I have returned to all work outs- crossfit and yoga. I am trying to build my upper body strength back up by doing assisted pull ups and lighter weights. Lots of stretching and massaging is helping with the tightness. I absolutely love my size, shape and everything about my implants. I get compliments all the time that they look semi natural but a little more voluptuous which is exactly what I wanted!! Dr. Pousti nailed it! I can't tell you how much easier it is to go clothes or bathing suit shopping! Next month I will be celebrating my 29th birthday and I feel more confident then I did when I was 21!

Doing my massages even though they are not the most comfortable thing! Getting excited to reach my full recovery in the upcoming month. Feeling great about the size and the shape is already starting to improve the more I massage. I have gone back to light cardio without too much movement (stair master). Will post more pics in the future!
