Looking for Fuller, Larger Breast - San Diego, CA

I have had 2 previous breast surgeries here in my hometown and was not satisfied with my results at all, after my 1st surgery which was a lift with 450cc implants I was left with smaller breast than I had went in with, the doctor said we could go larger within a year so thats what we did, I had an implant exhange going to 900cc with an internal bra only on 1 side,l was still not satisfied,I had very noticeable assymentry and my nipples were not straight, this is now where I started looking for another doctor, never once thinking I would be able to get to California or that it was even affordable, I found Dr.Pousti on the internet looking under XL Implants, I was very impressed! I emailed my info and Dr.Poutsti himself responded, that was very encouraging for me, I made the Call!! His staff was very professional, friendly and very informative, they actualy heard me!! My husband and I took the flight out to personally meet Dr.Pousti and all I can say is WOW! he listened to my concerns, and my expectations, and made me feel very comfortable, my surgery is scheduled for late February and I am so looking forward to it, his staff has completely meet all my needs thus far , I have no fears. I was even able to meet one of his patients during the office visit having had the same procedure I am going in for, I am so ready for this new journey to begin, looking forward to the finished product.
