I Finally Did It! - San Diego, CA

After 3 children and a few years of waiting, I finally had my breast augmentation. 

On the day of surgery every person I came into contact with were wonderful and I was totally relaxed. You couldn't wish for better nurses or treatment. I felt like someone had jumped on my chest when I woke up but was informed it was just pressure and that really was the only pain I had. I didn't need the nausea medication I was prescrobed beforehand, only the pain pills for a couple of days.....I was pleasantly surprised.

I left the size up to Dr. Pousti to decide for my body type as I figured he has done this so many times and I trusted his judgement. I gave him a general idea I what I wanted to achieve and he did a perfect job in choosing my implant size. Be aware though, they change as the weeks go by but now, after 2 months, I have, what I consider (and my husband) to be beautiful, soft, perfect size breasts. 

I went with silicone as I preferred the feel and I couldn't be more pleased, you really cant tell I have implants. I have been asked on a couple of occasions, during my follow up visits, if I would mind showing my results to prospective patients, I immediately agreed. I am proud of my results and I am sure, if they decided to go ahead with the surgery, they feel the same way.
