Its been 2 months and 20 days. SO far by breast swelling has gone down. I still feel some sharp pains on my left breast more then my right from time to time, its because they haven't healed all the way yet. I had my last review with the Dr this month on the 10th. I still have not yet worn a regular bra. I've been wearing a sports bra for about 5-6 weeks. I'd rather be wearing this then the bra I had to wear in the beginning. I started hating that bra after a while =]. So far I have gotten more stretch marks but Dr.Pousti told me that they would fade away. I've been massaging my breast with cocoa butter for stretch marks and i've seen some fade away.. My right breast I think is healing faster but because it was naturally bigger than the left. I love them and maybe in the future i'll go bigger after having kids. But right now i'll enjoy them for the time being. I've been more physically active but I had started doing push ups and things of the sort, and the Dr said I had to slow it down because y chest wasn't ready for it. I've cut down on that and have taken it a little bit easier since I guess I was doing too much and didn't have enough recovery time. I'll be putting up more pictures in due time. Thanks a bunch.

Today is my first day after being operated. As far...

Today is my first day after being operated. As far as the operation it was really quick. The anesthesia put me down really quick. As for Dr. Pousti I have to say i love him, and his staff. The care providers were amazing, and my nurse Kelso was awesome. She was a real doll and made me calm down completely. Once i was walking to the operating room i was nervous but they all made me feel great. The anesthesia hurt a little bit when it was entering my body, but a second later my eyes were half way opened and the closed completely. All i remember after that was i woke up and i was hurting but i was ok. Right now my body still has drawings all over it =]. I am happy though i look down my shirt every once in a while and cant believe i actually went through with my operation. I hope the healing process doesn't take too long because i want to sport the sisters soon.. i hope they don't shrink too much either because they look real nice now. Im not going to lie this sleeping sitting up sucks, and i get drowsy a lot it might be the medicine. I haven't had any nausea nor vomited at all which is a good sign. I hope it keeps going great from now on. i'll be putting new pictures up soon. Thanks Dr. Pousti & Staff.. (i'll be updating my profile soon)

Hi, my name is Karen and i'm going under the knife...

Hi, my name is Karen and i'm going under the knife in 4 days.. As i'm writing this im feeling anxious and a little nervous for my upcoming surgery. I had my consultation with Dr. Pousti on Sept 14th. I was very excited to take the first, i talked to Dr. Poutsi and i have to say that he is wonderful. He's really nice, and I have trust and confidence in him. I was referred to him by 2 people who don't know each other and both were well satisfied. To start off i wanted this surgery since i was 16 years old. I've always been active and a bit conceited but in the "down low" i was self conscious. I've always thought that i was missing something, or if i had a heart break was because i wasn't "pretty" enough. No one really knows this but thats the truth. I've always kept in inside though, i never really talked about it. I joined the military and i was thinking about getting surgery through them, but its hard to do, and besides breast enlargement is not priority. I've done two successful tours in Afghanistan and this time i decided i was going through with it since i had the money on the spot. I spoke with Daisy (one of the staff) and she told me a little about what she went through because she had also gotten them done. She was really sweet and nice also. I think all of them in the Office are exactly like the Boss =] either way my friend and i were whispering (I want my body like Daisy's) lol. Sorry Daisy to highlight you.. I went to meet with Dr. Pousti once again on Sept 27 and brought in a poster of YES' & NO's so he can kind of have an idea for upcoming surgery. Now I'm just waiting for it to happen. My drive is my new look, i cant wait to wear the new dresses i bought after surgery. I want to be able to recover in a descent time so that i can get back to working out and staying in shape because the recovery time i know is going to hurt my physical abilities. Thats a little about me
