I love Dr. Pousti. He listened. He HEARD. He followed through. He was attentive. He knew what I wanted when I had difficulty expressing it. Every meeting I felt like it was ME time. Not rushed. Dr. was considerate on emotional matters, took the time to get to know me and my situation in order to assess my needs. It was wonderful. I am so glad my employee referred me to him and his staff. They called every day for a week and then some after my suregry to make sure I was doing ok, to answer any questions, to prescriptions refilled. I really felt taken care of. I just had my second follow up and I was in and out without any hassel. No wait time, and I was out quick, yet I got all my questions answered, (I even had brought a list)--and felt utterly and completely rock solid that I was in the right hands.
