Breast Augmentation: Stories

I had been considering a breast augmentation since I was 16. I had put it
off for several reasons, school, age, work etc. I was always frustrated not being
able to wear low cut tops, wearing undershirts with low tops, bikinis not looking
sexy, sewing low cut dress because of my lack of cleavage and breasts. I was
always very self-conscious about my breasts. Finally early 2012 I decided I
wanted to get them done before the end of year. I did tons of research; what
kind of implant, incision, under the muscle over the muscle, etc.

I scheduled my surgery for late July ...I know it is an odd time of the year
for surgery but I didn’t care, I wanted my new boobs. I went back in for a few
more consultations; I brought pictures of what I wanted as required by Dr. Pousti.
I explained I wanted a natural look and a size proportionate to my body type. I
also explained to him I wanted cleavage which was something I lacked and
was very important to me. I originally had in mind 500-550cc’s based on the
implants I tried on at other surgeons’ office...Dr. Pousti doesn’t let his patients try
on implants. He explained to me that they are not representative of what you
will get... and boy was he right! He suggested I go bigger because of my wide
shoulders, hips and height...I told him to do what he thinks will look good, he’s
the professional. I trusted him 100% and I will never regret it!
I was able to go back to work 6 days
after surgery; I am a realtor so my work is very light.

I am not even two months out and I am excited to see what my final
results will be like, right now they look and feel amazing and I cannot imagine
how much better they will look! I ended up getting 675 cc's, saline, under the
muscle; taking me from a small B to a full D and achieved the cleavage I
longed for. Dr. Pousti was right about going bigger; it’s the perfect size for me
and my body type. I am glad I trusted Dr. Pousti, he truly is the best! Thanks to his
amazing job my confidence is a lot greater than before. I get tons of
compliments on how good I look, but no one knows why. My breasts look super
natural which is exactly what I wanted. I can wear things I never thought I could;
from low cut tops to long form fitting gala dresses.
