WORTH IT$6,000

i had a deflation of one of the saline implants that i had 12 years ago, my breasts were asymmetrical i was mortified. i wanted to replace them again this time with the gel ones, and i did, i have never been happier, they are much softer, the shape is great and they are very symmetrical now. they look amazing.
