Excellent! I love Dr Karam's botox. Always properly placed, and literally pain free! You will not be disappointed- I have a deep furrow and since I've been seeing him it's literally gone away! Smoooooth forehead and I look relaxed instead of stressed. I did 30 units and next time plan on doing many more

I've been seeing Dr. Karam BEFORE he even started Carmel Valley Facial Plastic surgery :) I'm a very long time client of his with the utmost respect and trust! Although I've never had surgery as in a scalpel, I've had Botox MANY times and every time it comes out wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr. Karam! He's got a great bedside manner, and is easy to talk too, and only does exactly what you want- no matter what he thinks might look better :)
