6 Weeks Post - Op
I've reached my 6 week mark and I took the strips off 2 days ago!!!! YAY!!!
Sleeping**
I'm still sleeping on my back 80% of the time... I can roll over on to my right side 2/5 times a night but only for 30mins give or take.. I wouldn't dream of rolling onto my left side. Still too sore.. Sometimes sleeping/waking up I'm a pinch achy/sore around my underarms
Daily activities**
I'm a stay at home mom to 3 boys under 5. One that will be 2 on the 27th.. Doctor gave me that go ahead to pick him up full time at week 4... I was nervous about picking up all 30lbs of my fat boy 20+ times a day.... I had it super easy the first 4 weeks with help from my mom 24/7... I was extra sore at week 5 adjusting to all the lifting but I really tried to make things extra easy with like putting the high chair on the floor so he could climb in and out (which he loved) Or having him walk more then taking him in and out of the stroller... I really focused on using good body posture when picking him up... I'd say it took a good week and half for my body to adjust
Shower**
Now that I took my strips off I can take my time in the shower... I swear take the longest showers now... lol My right scar looks great and completely healed for the most part my left has had a slower recovery and and there seems to be a little slit that needs to heal a bit more...
Message** I'm definitely getting more aggressive with my messages and I'm not doing them like a dainty little princess... Still a pinch painful but I'm doing them 2/3 times a day:) I also still have a hint of a rubber/weird/squeaky sound in my right breast when I massage or if I make a sudden movement..
Working out**
As of right now I'm power walking 6-8 miles a week I'm still too nervous to run even though I REALLY TOO!!! Maybe I'll incorporate squats this upcoming week... I've definitely gained a few holiday pounds but I figured they will melt away once I'm 100% back on track... I don't want to risk messing up my beautiful BOOBS!!!
I would say that I'm about 75% healed and look forward to the upcoming weeks!!! I can't wait to by my first real bra this week which will be a wireless bra from Victoria Secret... Happy holidays and Happy Healing ladies!!!!

Date Night!!!
Well it's my first date night with these bad boys!!! Let me tell you... It's weird.... I asked my husband a million times... Doesn't this look weird????? Way too much cleavage..... I guess I have to get use to it.... Hubby can't take his eyes off me... He says every morning he forgets that I have them... It like he's sleeping with a different women... lol
SPORTS BRAS!!! WALMART - Danskin Now BRAND ALL THE WAY!!!!
SOOOOOOOOOOO..... I had to share my CRAZY shopping spree this past black Friday!!! I bought a ridiculous amount of sports bras/Bra's from Express, Gap, Victoria Secret, Target, Dick's sporting goods, Macy's and Sears and let me tell you I returned just about all of them:( Such a waste of my time!!!! I was pissed!!!! Beyond pissed!!! lol I ended up going to Walmart and could not believe that just about every Danskin Now sports bra I put on was sooooooo comfortable!!! No joke!!!! Ladies.... Go to Walmart!!! I did find 2 bras from Target too that I liked but nothing compared to Walmart....
