The cons are you do have a little recovery time, where you do have to wear a special bra, and you really can't work or drive for at least one week. You can walk, but you can't really work out for at least three weeks, but once you heal it's great and your breasts just keep on getting a softer feel like normal breasts.

I'm happy with my results and my doctor and the surgery went very well.
