I had Coolsculpting on both my love handles (small applicator) and my lower abdomen (large applicator) a week ago. I have 3 kids and have always had a potbelly, even when I'm at my thinnest. The process itself was pretty painless, the suction was a little surprising at first and it took a few minutes but then it was painless.
After the procedure it felt weird, your fat is literally frozen like a stick of butter on your body. The first 3 days were fine, a little odd sensation in the areas and a light reddish bruise, but no big deal. Starting on day 3 my lower abs became so swollen, sore and tender; forget skinny jeans, I'm wearing leggings and a big sweater, even loose jammie pants give a funky nerve sensation. Taking Tylenol helps but I wish I had something stronger for nighttime. My sides are totally fine, no pain, a little swelling and I think I already see some results there.
I'll review again in a few weeks.

The staff at Facial Aesthetic Concepts is amazing! Some of the girls there have had Coolsculpting done and they even showed me their before and after pix, it looks totally worth it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my tummy hurts!
