Dr. Kopchinski is the best hands down. He treats you as if you are part of his family and is very patient. He answers any questions you may have and is very honest with you. He explains the procedure and what to expect afterwards.....he doesn't sugar coat anything. His staff Rhonda who sits at the front desk is very friendly and always smiling. Lynn is the office manager that takes care of all payments and gives you the total amount of the procedure chosen. Lynn is very soft spoken,patient and very easy to talk to. Dr. K gives you his personal phone number to use if you have any questions or concerns. He also encourages you to send pictures of your problem. Future more, Dr.K is highly recommended and knows exactly what he's doing!!#
