I'm a 40yr old with 2 children. I had my first at a very young teenager, my second in my mid-20's. I didn't take care of myself but started exercising when I was about 24 and haven't stopped since.

I had a lot of excess skin from weighing over 200lbs. for a couple of years. I'm now at 165, which is by far small, but i have worked very hard to get where i'm at. I'm a size 12 and doesn't matter HOW many sit-ups, eliptical, cardio classes i do, my belly wants to hang on to me for it's dear life!!

I'm choosing laser lipo because of the recovery time and i'm scared of traditional 4-6 week recovery and the price. Any pre-op tips will do great, almost done reading literature that was given to me, with a fine tooth. Oh, I'm having my upper and lower stomach, my waist and hips done.
