I had minor tubular breasts and I hated how they looked flat and not full underneath the nipple. My Dr. said I had minor tubular breasts which is what caused this appearance. I went from a small B to a full D cup and am thrilled! I I also had a pariareolar lift.The incision was made around the nipple and the nipple was pulled upward allowing the nipple to move its position higher on the breasts. I am in love with the results that my doctor gave me. She is truly amazing at what she does and I will never see anyone else for cosmetic work!
