Post breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery

Unfortunately, I have no pic before surgery at this time, I will get them from the surgeon office next time I see him.

Honesty in surgical planning is the most important aspect of care as the patient often comes with an elaborate plan that involves multiple surgeries that can be simplified to achieve a better outcome. If one is not doing plastic surgery for the patient's benefit, then they should not be doing plastic surgery. I am glad that we could simplify your plan and achieve your goals! What a great feeling.

I am a 42 yrs old woman who needed help after a drastic weight gain and then loss due to an accident five yrs ago that left me unble to excersice like I used to. After a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck recommended by Dr. Lawton, I now feel and look fabulous. I definitely recommend and trust Dr. Lawton, not only has tremendous experience on breast procedures and body contour but his ethics, honesty and excellent bed manners makes him more than a surgeon.

I used to be very strong into sports most of my life. Being a 4'11 and 100lb woman was not bad! I have allways been a small breast woman but they were in good shape and location...Unfortunately, about 5 yrs ago I had an accident that left me with leg injury and in cast for almost a yr. I stopped what I loved the most...jog, swimm, weights lift...and gained about 50lbs and loss about 100% of my confidence and my self-esteem. 4 Yrs latter I met the love of my life who helpped me not only physically but spiritually...the first yr I lost about 40 lbs but still unable to excersice and my body still looked very different...not like it used to...my small breast were not small anymore and were saggier as well my tummy. Every time I looked at the mirror I couldnt see the old me because of the sagg, loose skin and breast. I tried so many things and creams to help with that excss skin but never saw any difference. Until one day my husband decided for me to see a plastic surgeon. I am a research nurse working for a big DME company so I started to do deep research to find not only a plastic surgeon but the best plastic surgeon with experience, excellent rating and also affortable...so I found Dr. GARY LAWTON. I thought I needed a breast lift and some liposuction of the abdomen and back, however when I saw Dr. Lawton and after he knew what I had in mind he looked at me with an intrigued, interested and wised face and immediately I knew he had other plans for me...LOL Because of all the research, I knew he was a doctor with excellent ethics and honesty...a doctor who cared less about the money but more about what was best for you. So when he recommended me to have breast augmentation instead of a lift (knowing that he could easily make more money with the lift) a tummy tuck instead of a lipo of the abd and back due to I had more excess of skin and little fat. I immediately said "yes, and when can we do it". His honesty and confidence gave me a positive feeling that I was in the correct hands. I scheduled the surgery within a month, his office personel; finace dep, nursing dep and front office, were so helpful and so beautiful before, during and after my surgery that I don't know how to thank them! Unfortunately after the surgery, I didn't follow Dr. Lawton's recovery advice and ended up with a little extra complications that easily any surgeon would have made me go back to the operation room again but Dr. Lawton didn't panic, he calmly (a little upset) told me had to leave the Jackson pratt (drain tubes) a little longer than normal and I needed to follow his advise this time to have comple bed rest...which I did, and also f/u with him 2 times a wk for a total of 3 wks to make sure I was doing well... Finally, I had the tubes removed this past Monday (3 wks after the recommend time) I feel and look much better, no more bruises, pain is less but most of all I learned to listen to my doctor...they know what is best for you even when you think you feel fine! I definitely recommend Dr. Lawton and his staff. I will definitely go back again latter in the future with a lot of confidence and trust knowing that not only he will do an excellent surgical procedure but he will take good care of me after as a good doctor and friend.
