Almost Finished and Loving the Results

Worth It
Spent: $4,000 in San Antonio, TX

After living most of my life with a crooked smile (I'm 50), last year I sought orthodontia options through my dentist. Since the straightening needed was minimal to moderate, my dentist recommended Invisalign. The price was just slightly higher than traditional braces, so I chose Invisalign.

I'm almost finished with the upper trays and have 7 more to go on the bottom. I love this option over braces: it's easier to clean your teeth, you take them out for eating, and no one knows you're wearing them. The only down side is that some of the trays have had a sharp edge, which I filed ever so gently with a nail file to remove (my dentist would cringe!).

My teeth will never be "Hollywood Perfect"; that's not what I was going for. I have a beautiful, natural smile and I'd do it again.
