I have wanted a boob job for years and now im finally getting ready to do it!

I want a nice full look but not porn star big!

im a 34a, about 130ish pounds, i have a small frame but my butt is pretty big in person so i want to be proportioned!

me and my doc think 500cc is a good size but when i see pictures of 500 i FREAK OUT but when i try the sizers it looks great!

SO that being said any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Me and my doctor discussed SILICONE, high profile and im thinking sub muscular( thats the more real and "matural" look right?)

my husband walked by when he saw me on this site, he saw your pics and thinks you natural boobs are hot,lol...he says at least she will still look good there at 40,lol...he says dont change anything and i HAVE TO AGREE the big boobs, meh, everyone and their dogs has large fake boobs these days, keep the cuties loose the big boobies :)

They look great in the photo. You also need to consider the sort of implants you're getting and if they'll be under the muscle or not. That will affect how they'll look once they're in.

I am 135lbs was a 34A and in October 2011 had BA and went with 500cc under the muscle. Trying on sizers I was so nervous. I am 6 weeks post-op and love them.

I will send you one if you don't mind giving me an email address. I am 5'6. I was worried too that they would too much but I am so glad I went with 500cc. They are mentor memory gel. I think it is the number that sounds so big. But you do need to do what you feel most comfortable with.

I think they look good. I went with 400 but now wished I had gone with 500. I am also about your size. I got moderate plus silicone. They feel and look very natural. Glad I got them instead of saline. Go for it!

Iam 5'7" and 133lbs. I went with 450cc's and I LOVE them! It's been 17 weeks and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Best of luck to you.

If this helps I know someone who got 500ccs and her frame is small too. They were silicon, under the muscle and they are NOT too big or too small. she told her surgeon she wanted to be the fuller side of natural and that's what she got.

I'm a 44 yo mother of 3 (nursed all of them for months). I'm 5'4", about 125 lbs. and I got 600ccs (that's right girl!!!), silicone, over the muscle in April 2011. I was mortified right after the surgery, had never wanted that porn-star look (though I don't actually mind looking fake, as long as I think I look good). Initially, I thought I was waayyyy too big. Now, about 7 months later, things have settled down considerably & I'm 100% trilled. I get compliments from women (and men, no surprise there) all the time. Lots of my girlfriends have asked for my doctor's name. Plus, you don't want to regret not going bigger. I say "go for it!"

Hello, I am 5'6" tall, 130 Lbs., and I have a smallish frame. Pre-op I was a 30D and my measurements were 33-26-37. While I had some breast to begin with I looked flat chested under clothing and felt very pear shaped. I went with 475cc high profile silicone under the muscle and I love them. I had my augmentation done August 19, 2011 and my post-op measurements at this time are 37.5-26-37 and I am wearing a 30DDDD/G(US sizing)/30F-30FF(UK sizing). I have a really small ribcage (I measure 26 inches under my bust thus the 30 band size) for my body so my bra size sounds huge, but with clothing on I have a perfect hourglass figure now. Hope these measurements help. Oh and I want to add I felt the same way about the size of my butt, but now I feel balanced.

I am small frame, 5'3", 110 lbs. Went with 380cc saline under the muscle (was a 34 saggy A) and now am a 36C. They looked HUGE for the first two weeks... they aren't swollen anymore and you wouldn't peg me for a boob job if you didn't know me... What I do notice is that some activities I used to do are different now (yoga/threadmill/ab work). Consider your lifestyle...if you are active and are heavy into sports, running, anything like that, you will notice you have to support the girls more.

I went with the 500 cc, they have yet to drop but I was also worried it would be too big but I feel like it ended up being a good size.

I am feeling nervious about my size as well, but I think you look great with the sizers you chose. From what I am hearing, it's better to go a little bigger than you want. Which makes sense, because the sizers are sitting on top of your flesh not internally and that in itself will I think take them down a litte in size? Can anyone comment that has had them done already if they the sizers are a little misleading??

I'm 5'7" 128lbs, five kids nursed them all and went from an A cup to something less than A:( So eight years after my last (yes I'm 47) I got the breasts I was meant to have. They are 390cc silicon, high profile, submuscular, infrmammary. I was swollen and uncomfortable with my porn star breasts at first. It's been 3 1/2 months now and they look and feel soft and natural. I have wide hips (go figure) so I could have gone bigger, but I don't want gravity to mess them up. So far they're awesome.

Yeah, thanks for sharing!! I'm 45 so hearing from another woman in my age group is great!! I can not wait, I mean, I realize there is a lengthy post surgery process but it is all worth the results. :) Well in my book any way. I'm strickly speaking from a pre-surgery persepctive though. :)

Keep in mind you will lose about 50cc going under muscle. I wished someone would of told me that and I would of gone bigger. I am built like you and went with 400cc, under muscle, mod plus profile. I wear a 34c/d depending on bra. It took me a few weeks to get used to the exta weight, but now I can't even tell the difference. Follow your heart and your surgeons advice.

Never get stuck on cc's, go with fits to you!! Sizing differs with each woman. I went 425/450 and love them! They are not too big or small, perfect for me and that is all that matters!!

I got Saline 375cc overfilled to 450cc each. I will have to check with her nurse to get the exacts on smooth, etc. but I love them!! They are under the muscle and haven't really dropped or fluffed yet but I went from a deflated 36B to a perky 36DD!!! I did update my review one recovery, etc. It's pretty lengthy, check it out.

I've dropped and fluffed (41 days out) and so far I have a 34DDD or a 36DD. :) Love them!!
