I feel like Dr. Keen is a very good surgeon medically, but I was very disappointed in the results. My breasts were significantly smaller than I was expecting. I am planning to get them re-done by a different surgeon. I felt like I had done my research so when I got such a disappointing result it made me feel like I should have been a lot more specific in telling her what I wanted. I trusted her method of picking a size but it definitely didn't work for me. My breasts look good and better than before, but they are not what I thought I was getting. $6500 is a lot of money to spend to get a result that is not what you wanted, in my opinion, not to mention the recovery etc... Now every time I look in the mirror I am reminded of my disappointment.
