31 Years Old & 3 Kids Later (375cc Silicon High Profile) - Salt Lake City, UT

I am 5 days post op and feeling fabulous. I apologize for not updating more, but we had a family emergency and I was not sure if I would even be able to go with surgery. I ended up flying home the day before my pre op appointment. I was that I made it home in time and was able to take my husband to the appointment to get his input on size. I went with 375 cc silicon high profile... the BIGGER size!!!! I would have never gone with that size w/o his push. I am sooooo glad that I did go a little bigger b/c I LOVE the size~

Surgery day was a little rough. I felt icky from the anesthesia and had a lot of back pain. I got the lollipop lift and under the muscle 375 cc high profile silicons. Every day sense then has been a little better. I made sure to stay on top of my pain meds regardless of how I was feeling. I set alarms on my phone and also did my chicken wing stretches every hour that I was awake. I made sure to get up and walk as much as possible, but also rest as much as possible. I am able to shower, do my hair, reach over my head, and really do everything normal with out pain. I am still not lifting anything heavy and resting while my husband is still home and able to help w/ the house and kids. He keeps reminding me to not over do it and REST. I am just so surprised how quickly I am recovering and how happy I am with the shape and size of my breasts. I know I have TONS of healing still to do as my breast drop, fluff, and scars heal. I am a little nervous to remove the steri strips next week..but I am sure it will be fine.

I am 31 years old and work in the health and fitness industry . Personally I have gained and lost 70 lbs through all my pregnancies and breastfed all of my babies. I am happy with my body and my level of fitness, but lack confidence and comfort as my breast have gone from a small b to dd several times over the last 10 years. I am looking forward to my surgery date at the end of the month, but am also nervous and hoping this is the right choice. I am having a lollipop lift and right now have picked out 304 cc silicone implants. That should take me from a deflated and sagging b to a small c. I want to look as natural as possible and so decided to go with as little as possible. I have never minded having smaller breast, so am hesitant to go any bigger. Bigger was never really the goal . I have read so many woman report that they wished they had gone bigger , it is kind of making me second guess my size choice .
