I had a good experience, the first 3 days were hell. But after 4 days I was off pain meds and walking in treadmill.

I did it cuz I had droopy boobs, virtually nothing there except skin and wanted to feel confident.

I had a BA 2 weeks ago, I am very fit, and very eager to return to my workouts...I started the treadmill(walkingon an incline) now I am wondering about when I can work my abs and legs? I am going on a cruise in 4 weeks and need to look good in my bikini!!!

Congrats on a good experience. Regarding exercising, you should ask your plastic surgeon what they recommend. We all have our "own way of doing things", so you will want to find out what your plastic surgeon says. That will ensure the best result and minimize the risks of you having any troubles. Brian K. Droopy flat boobs, who wouldnt think that implants would improve that? my boobs were like socks with pennys in them, the implants filled them out amazingly and I have had soooo many comments on how perky they look. Def worth every single penny

Implants will FILL out our breasts....not LIFT them. Obviousley alot of women think like you do.Hard & perky are not the same,lol Give it a few hyears and you will have big droopy boobs.

Her definition of droopy may be different than yours :) if she's happy, that's all that matters. @Trichick, glad to hear you had great results!

I was told abosolutly "NO" exercising, not even sit ups for 6 weeks..........it killed me, but at least my healing and breasts look good still.
