I was nervous to get it done after reading the reviews on here and how painful it was. I got my upper and lower abdomen done last Friday. It initially hurt takes your breath away. I got the small applicator. But then it goes numb. It does look gross and weird when it's over with the massage didn't really hurt bc your so numb from the coldness. I left and did hot yoga that night. I was so worried after reading the reviews on here that I wouldn't be able to exercise etc. Well you guys must be wimps or had a lot of fat and used the large applicator or something because since I got it done on Friday I have worked out (spin, body pump, hot yoga, ran) everyday with NO pain. I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews on here. It still feels a little tingly at times and funny. Also a little numb but other than that iv been able to sleep workout and it really wasn't that bad or serious! Now I can't say I have seen any results but they say it takes 3 months so we will see.
