“Saline Implants 22 Yrs Later and They Are Great!”

It's been 22 yrs. since I had saline implants (not under the breast muscle)and the results are still wonderful and natural! Making the decision to have the implants placed on top of the muscle was one of the best decisions since I had been told placement under the muscle required constant "massaging" of the implant and could result in hardening of the tissue surrounding the implants. I've never had any residual effects from the surgery or health issues. I did gain 40 lbs. over the years and even with the weight gain and now the weight loss my breasts are still as "perky" as they were 22 yrs. ago.
The pain was intense, but again, it was 22 yrs ago and I'm certain the procedure and pain management have improved greatly.
This was one of the best presents ever given to me after two pregnancies left me with drastically different breast sizes. And, having mamograms is not difficult.
