Beauty is Pain - Salem, OR

I am 25 with no children and pre op I was wearing a 32D at Victorias Secret. I wanted a BA to enhance the fullness and shape of my breasts. I am now 2 weeks post op and feeling extremely satisfied with the outcome. During days 3-5 I experienced a lot of emotions including regret, but know that this is normal and gets better. I had extremely minimal pain, but was just uncomfortable in general. I took only 2 pain pills the entire time. One once arriving home after surgery and one to get back to my hometown about 2.5 hours away. I did take half of a muscle relaxer a couple of evenings before bed, this is when I seemed to experience muscle spasms and the most swelling. I was fortunate enough to have my mom with me for 2 weeks and to stay home from work during this two weeks as well. I definitely could have managed to go back to my job as an office manager after one week, but there was no pressure for me to return and allowed an absolute full recovery without and additional pain, discomfort or complications.
I also have experienced that the right breast is healing differently. It hasn't settled as quickly as the left side and in general I have more swelling in the right side.
I chose 350CC Mentor Silicone implants done through the crease under the breast and was placed sub muscular. My incision sites are still very sensitive, but get better everyday. I had minimal bruising on the right side as well.

Overall, I was not prepared for the emotional part I experienced which was very bad for about 3 days, but the physical portion was very manageable. I would recommend this procedure to anyone who is truly unhappy with their breasts and highly encourage you to have numerous consultations before deciding on your surgeon and type of implant. I had a total of 4 consultations and could hands down make my selections with the professional guidance of dr Neaman who I trusted very much.
