To say I was happy with my experience is an understatement. I was referred to Dr. Kass by a friend of mine who told me how great his experience was with Dr. Kass, and he was spot on. Dr Kass and his staff are outstanding and made every experience I had with them an enjoyable one. When I had my pre-operative meetings, Mary and Kate helped me with many of my questions and concerns. They were very professional and made me feel at ease. When I met Dr Kass, he as well helped me with all my questions and concerns and seemed very knowledgeable and confident which made me confident that I had made the right decision to have him do my surgery. The surgery itself went smoothly and Dr Kass, Kate, and Mary, helped me every step of the way with my post-operative care. I would highly recommend Dr Kass to anyone who wants a great surgeon who also has a phenomenal staff, and provides great atmosphere that helps patients feel comfortable and safe about getting whatever surgery they need.
