to have a flat stomach by getting the fat off. i have a very saggy right side with fat that i have had for years, like a pocket of fat. i hate it and look forward to having a flat stomach. when i wear clothes i have to wear stretchy ones. had 2 children and would like to have a new body by the time i am 70 next year.
