My surgery was on 23 Oct. The days right after the surgery were pretty rough, I couldn't sit up on my own, feed myself, or even undress myself. I am so lucky that my boyfriend was there during that time because otherwise I don't know what would have happened! I took pictures but you can't see too much of a difference yet because of the swelling after the lipo. My boobs are awesome though, they look exactly how I was hoping they would. The implants are still a little high but they have been slowly dropping into a more natural position. I had to take off more time from work than I was expecting but no one asked me too many questions, I just told them that I had surgery and that I'd rather not talk about it because it was of a personal nature. I work with all guys so they probably thought it had something to do with my lady parts, lol. I will

I am 26 years old, 5'8" and 187lbs. My cup size is currently a 38A. I initially went to Dr. Jasper only about breast augmentation although I had considered bringing up lipo as well.
Dr. Jasper was really nice and made me feel comfortable. He suggested that in addition to the breast augmentation, I should also consider a bit of lipo. I was relieved that he brought it up and asked him questions about it. He suggested doing lipo on my stomach, love handles, inner thighs and maybe inner knees as well.
Dr. Jasper said that for the lipo he just really wanted to smooth things out and change my shape. I really like this because I am sick of love handles. Even when I was in high school and weighed only 135 I still had love handles. It is just the shape of my body. I am ready to get rid of them. It didn't sound like he wanted to remove much fat from the areas, that makes me feel better since I have seen on this site how it can look when a Dr removes too much from an area. I would rather lose to little than too much!
For the breast augmentation I just want to have breasts in proportion with my body. Maybe a full C, nothing too drastic. I want it to look natural. I checked out Dr Jasper's before and after pics and he seems to be the perfect Dr for this. Hopefully I am right!
I am really excited but also nervous. I just got a new job and I can't take off very long from work. I also don't want the people at work to know.
Personal Background: I have never had any children. In 2007 I went from being 155lbs to 200lbs, I gained weight very quickly after being put on the Depo Shot birth control. Because I gained the weight so fast, I now have stretch marks. After gettiong approval from my doctor, I went on a very low calorie diet in October 2007 and by December I weighed 150lbs again. I got a divorce in early 2011 and met someone else a few month later. I then proceeded to gain weight again (slowly this time) until I now weigh 187lbs.
I am in decent health aside from the weight.
I hope I can go back to work a few days after the procedure. I worry a bit because I have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my office at work. The elevator is broken and I doubt that they will ever fix it. I also have to wear business casual clothes to work so I hope that the post-op under garments won't be too noticable under slacks. I am glad that I will be doing this near the end of October so I can hide behind sweaters and jackets.
When I get a set date I will post again. I also posted before pics.
**Does anyone have any tips for recovery? I want to minimize the swelling and heal as swiftly as possible!!
