I had 7 areas of Laser Lipo done by Dr. Giuffrida...
I had 7 areas of Laser Lipo done by Dr. Giuffrida. Procedure one- back fat(back bra rolls), waist, hips. The second 7 weeks later- upper Ab, lower ab, pubic area, and arms. I was awake and experienced some discomfort but, it was completely worth it. I followed ALL directions given including drinking a lot of fluids before and after both procedures.
After the first day of the first procedure I woke up and felt great! No general anesthesia hangover.! After having a hysterectomy 3 years ago I know it's tough to get over all the general.
I had some bruising but, not much. I was quite swollen the first 3-4 days. I went back to work on Friday and has the procedure Wednesday. I kept it light at first though. By my one week post op appointment I had zero bruising, was off the narcotic, and back to my self. The swelling was nearly gone by my second proceedure yet I had noticed a dramic difference by week 4. I had a waist again and no "back fat!"
I was a little nervous the second time going in wondering if I would have the same experience. It was even better than the first.! I have no bruising in my abdomen at all and minimal in other areas. Dr. G was super friendly as well what a bonus. The office checked in with me weekly with post op emails and phone calls.
I would highly recommend using Dr. G for any proceedure. Warning- read ALL materials given about the proceedure and what to expect afterward. There is a huge level of responsibility I take with my body now and want to eat better and exercise more which only makes results better. At almost 42 and 40-50 pounds over weight this as just the boost I needed. I have been smoothed out and feel so much more confident in all my clothes.
I can't say enough good things about my experience. Good doctor!!!
