29 Years Old, One 9 Year Old Princess, 5 Feet, 184 Pounds, Bra Size Before 34J DOWN TO A 32C - Little Rock, AR

I am absolutely pleased with my results! I am...

I am absolutely pleased with my results! I am two weeks and 5 days post-op and loving every bit of it! I started out a 34J and still dont know exactly what size I am yet due to I still have some swelling. But I will say I tried on a 34c while I was buying some comfy spaghetti strap bras to switch with in between my surgical bras and it was comfy. So I think I will be somewhere along the lines of that or smaller. Going from that big to this size I had the free nipple graph with my surgery... they are already healing and scabbing up since he removed the foam off of them early last week. I have to say this is the best decision I have ever made. Last week he gave me the approval to go ahead and start putting my scar cream on and it is helping already. I know it will be a process and I still have swelling at times but I am still very pleased. My back, neck and shoulder pain do not exist anymore. I still wear a bra at all times since it is so soon after. The only time I don't have one is right after showering when I am applying my scar cream. I am very pleased with my size. My nipples are now looking straight ahead instead of at the floor. They are perky and still plump. Without my bra they still stand up perky, and they are starting to round at the bottom like normal. I lost a total of 14 pounds after the surgery. I can feel stinging in my nipple area so my doctor said that is a good sign that i could possibly have feeling. But if i don't once the healing process is done I am still very ok with that. I am glad I finally got over my fear of doing this! I was only off work for a week and 2days, but I have my own office with a desk job so I don't have to move much. My doctor keeps his patients in the hospital for one night after the surgery so i didn't have to come home with any drainage tubes. I have to see him once a week, then it will be once a month until I am fully released. I really didn't have pain, just soreness and tightness. And now it is just soreness more than anything but not all the time. Well good luck to everyone and happy healing!

3 weeks two days post-op! Feeling wonderful. I'm able to sleep on my sides and not wake up sore;). I did start to bleed in my left nipple made an appt with PS. No worries he said the scab just came off a little too soon. But it was excellent news that blood was oozing out first I was like how is the excellent but he explained that means that I have blood flow! That's why I can feel the stinging and the effect of how my nipples would feel when they are getting hard. I'm sooo in love with my color sports bras I have been buying. Less twitching going on in both boobs so its starting to feel like things are calming down and healing well! Nipples are still are healing as I said and not looking so pretty but I'm patient and I know once they are done they will be fine. And I have feeling so that's awesome. My left breast has started to round off more than the right one at this point. Once the right one drops and rounds a lil more they will be more even. I am still pleased and happy. Still no signs of back pain shoulder or neck. Still happy with my decision. Hope everyone is well. IMA add another pic of my nippele area still healing and peeling! :)

3weeks 4days post-op

3 weeks 4 days post-op. Free nipple graft along with BR so nipple area is peeling and pink but starting to get dark in areas. They are healing great. This week I am actually feeling normal when it comes to no sharp pains and a comfy nights sleep on either side! Yay! I glance down and I am amazed! Coming from a 34 j down to a 32c and one brand I was a big B! I am in love. My PS rocks! He got me exactly the size I wanted. Before my BR my right Breast was bigger than my left and now I am pretty much even. My paperwork says: Right breast 1574 grams left breast 1422grams ...I said wow that is extreme! Hope everyone is healing nicely and this website is a blessing! To everyone with up coming dates goodluck!

My surgery is in four days and I'm starting to have doubts. I've wanted this done as long as I can remember but I'm fearful that I won't be happy with my results. Anyone go through this?

I do all the time. My surgery is on the 16th of July and I am always battling with myself, what if my back continues to hurt, what if my breast look funny, what if my body looks funny. I don't want to have doubts because I need this pain relief.

Yes, 2 days before my surgery I talked myself out of it until I saw a photograph that I accidently was included in, I knew then that I had no choice. I refused to think of anything else and went through with the surgery. I can honestly say that my only regret is that I waited so long. It is so much worse in your head. I expected severe pain but all I had was discomfort. I followed the recommendations, rest, prepare meals in advance, be good to yourself, forget housework for a while and you will be fine. There is a whole new world waiting for you. As for the results, I know that you are realistic , this is just last minute nerves, relax you will be fine, keep us posted on your progress, and I wish you all the best whatever you decide

Yes, 2 days before my surgery I talked myself out of it. I saw a photograph that I was accidently caught in and knew that I did not have a choice I needed the surgery, why did I wait so long, fear, I imagined this surgery to be so much worse. I had my surgery on 12th Nov 13 and I wish I had it 10 years earlier. You have a realistic expectation of the results if you are on this forum this is just your neves getting the better of you, relax. I wish you every best wish whatever you decide. Just curious, did your PS prescribe prednisone for bruising and swelling? Mine did and I'm afraid of taking it because I gained a lot of weight when I took it in the past. Although she prescribed a low dose and I only have to take it for a few days, I'm still hesitant.

How can you tell when the swelling is gone? My breast are still kind of hard. They are still pointy too. Will they drop or will I keep these porn boobs lol

lol when ever mine would swell i would feel like i was burning in my girls literally. and throbbing. but my ps says it can swell for months is just all according to how your body heals. Now they did drop, and i go back again on the 1st of july but when i went a week ago her said they wouldnt drop much more from the last pic i took and they are still perky... i mean i can put on a shirt and it looks like i have a bra on so that is a plus! good luck with everything and it gets easier and easier each day....:)

I get so excited every time I see your pic in that tiger print top and orange skirt. It gives me chill bumps that I might someday be able to look that great in a tee shirt! You look so fabulous!!!! I get so excited because your breasts before were the closest to mine. I am a lot older than you, and fatter, but am a 42J right now. And your breasts are fuller than mine. But, again, I can't say it enough, you look so fabulous that I just can not wait to have my BR! If I had to pay for my BR, had the $, and could travel, I would go anywhere to use your PS. That PS did an amazingly perfect job!
