I had Revision Rhinoplasty like a year ago, unfortunately postoperatively I developed what is called a Polly Beak and a big scar on the incision site. Had one steroid injection 4 weeks postoperatively but no improvement.

How beneficial it is to have steroid injection 1 year post revision rhinoplasty? Or is it time for a third operation?:( am tired of Rhinoplasty, but determined to get this nose right no matter what.
