I was very comfortable during the initial consultation because of the personable,tactful, and professional manner with which the doctor consulted me with about my potential procedure.The staff was very attentive and friendly, making me feel confident in their capability. I felt no fear or anxiety during the meeting immediately before the surgery because I felt that I was in the right hands and in the right place.
