Didn't mean to post my update before adding this! As you can see, doesn't seem to be too much of a difference between my before and today, minus the dried skin. Will have to wait longer and see if there are any new developments.
4 days post and lots of dead skin
I have a lot of dead skin in my treated areas, so I've been working from home to hide it and moisturizing as much as possible. I don't imagine I'll see new, healthier skin for a few days yet.
The swelling seems to have gone down, and my scars are still visible, tactile, and photographable in the right lighting, so there hasn't been much improvement yet.

My doctor suggested I try a dermapen + sculptra...
My doctor suggested I try a dermapen + sculptra treatment in between my CO2 laser sessions, and so I had the procedure done today.
Dr. Shaw's staff did a great job of numbing the area before the procedure, such that the dermapen only felt like an electric toothbrush rubbing on my skin. Afterwards I only had some pinkness and a sunburned sensation.
It's been about 4 hours since the procedure and I'm only suffering from some peeling now. My scars are more shallow than before, but that's possibly only caused by the swelling. Will update again in a few days when the swelling has gone down.
